Standard hotel breakfast. I really enjoy this hotel, and the secret is the staff. On this occasion, the TV in our room didn't work, and there were water leaks from the ceiling in the central area lobby, and a few other details that, of course, always occur. However, the demeanor and attitude of the staff in this particular hotel are so commendable that they overcome all the other issues. In this case, Justin, thank you!!!

Friendly staff. Construction workers were highly respected for us when they were busy installing or repairing where they were in our ways. Room was nicely remodeled. They provided us some extra blanket and allowed to borrow the vacuum for our own inflating pillows. Even in the morning when we were nearly departing, the men brought all new mattresses out of the truck to the hallway passing us from the first room when entering it. They were politely letting us to pass first before they could continue to bring the mattresses. We find it so funny that the last old mattresses that we slept in that we were the last ones to use it.

The location was convenient with easy access to the interstate. The staff were very friendly. There was a good breakfast included in the cost of the room.

Atop a high mountain in WV sits a Shangri-La called Tridelphia. Spread around you are all the good chain restaurants, big box stores and ice cream... And my hotel for the night, it looks brand new. One thing you do not want to hear from the front desk when checking in is the word "No". Julie, the smilin hotel manager, does not even know the word "No". Julie responded YES to all my questions, even when I asked "if they had a new BBQ grill and covered seating area with fantastic view" - free for the guest. My room was a dream.

Super clean and comfortable bed. Nicely updated. Fresh baked cookies in the evening. Breakfast was surprisingly good for hotel. Great bacon, crispy. OJ was better than many others. Staff friendly. Two places to eat right next door and ice cream parlor too. Easy to freeway.

We are a military family, so we are frequently using hotels. This hotel was genuinely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The man checking us in, was so kind and funny. The rooms are great too. It’s so nice the TVs actually work and aren’t so dated, and the rooms are very spacious. You can tell they actually value comfort here. Plus, there are so many places to eat and shop nearby. Definitely a hotel we will be using again!

I didn't eat the breakfast, but I did go down to get a cup of tea, and it looked pretty substantial and smelled great! The room was enormous and super clean. It seemed that the hallway was freshly painted. I loved that there was guest laundry. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant just across the parking lot was also fantastic.

I loved their way the room was set up with a padded window seat to sit and enjoy the night view below. The bed was very comfortable. A nice surprise was 24 hour coffee service in the lobby— the coffee was excellent!
